The power of dialogue and value networks in the new globalization

The 2026 World Economic Forum is projected with a slogan that says it all: “A spirit of dialogue.” In a global context marked by mistrust, fragmentation, and the rise of local agendas, the idea of refocusing on cooperation sounds more necessary than ever.

According to the WTO, this new stage of reglobalization opens up the game: more countries can be part of value chains and not depend on a single market. It is a way to gain resilience, but also to build more diverse and connected economies.

It is no longer about massive globalization, but rather a network of smarter links. Today, the key is hyper-specialization: each country, each company, and each person contributes what they do best. In Latin America, that means leveraging the talent, creativity, and adaptability that has always characterized us.

We have been learning this for some time. Since the creation of our network of colleagues in the region back in 1997, we have been committed to a model based on dialogue, collaboration, and flexibility, which has allowed us to keep pace with the changes of each era without losing sight of the local perspective.

The new globalization and the value of connection

Today, globalization is no longer measured by how many products cross borders, but by how we connect with each other. Being present in large global spaces, listening, learning, and sharing experiences allows us to grow alongside our clients and teams.

In our international projects unit—Global Talk—we work to expand our clients’ reach to different territories through networking strategies and in-depth market knowledge. To do this, we have a network of expert partners in every Latin American country, as well as international partners in Europe and Asia. We are part of the Worldcom Public Relations Group, one of the leading global networks of communications agencies. This extensive network of contacts enables us to implement campaigns and projects with a 360° view of international markets quickly and effectively.

After more than 25 years participating in the Davos Annual Meeting, in meetings in Latin America, China, the United Nations, the Vatican, and in various creativity and technology forums in the region, I can say that every conversation, every exchange, and every alliance leaves a mark.

Because in the end, beyond technology, what continues to make a difference are the people, the trust, and the knowledge networks we build over time. That continues to be—and will continue to be—the true engine of development and opportunity for our region.
