We are proud to announce that Karina Riera, Partner at AJ, has been appointed to the Global Board of The Worldcom Public Relations Group (Worldcom), the world’s leading network of independent public relations agencies. The appointment was announced during Worldcom’s Annual Global Meeting, recently held in Paris, where the network officially introduced its Global Board and Regional Committees for the 2026–2027 term.
Worldcom brings together 115 independently owned public relations agencies, representing approximately 2,000 communications professionals across 105 cities on six continents. Through this global network, member agencies collaborate to deliver integrated communications expertise and local market insight to clients around the world.
The newly appointed leadership team brings together the experience of long-standing members with fresh perspectives, reinforcing Worldcom’s commitment to continuity, innovation, and collaboration while supporting the continued growth of one of the world’s most respected communications networks.

Among the key appointments for the 2026–2027 term are:

- Past Chair: Stefan Pollack, President, The Pollack Group (United States)
- Chair, North America Committee: Jessica Phelan, President, Vault Communications (United States)
- Chair, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Committee: Caroline Prince, Yucatan (France)
- Co-Chairs, Asia-Pacific Committee: Voal Voal Wong, IN.FOM (Singapore), and Maetavarin Maneekulpan, TQPR Thailand (Thailand)
- Co-Chairs, Latin America (LATAM) Committee: Karina Riera, Partner at Alurralde Jasper (Argentina),and Luis Avellaneda, CEO of Realidades (Peru)
Karina Riera’s appointment marks an important recognition of Argentina’s communications and public relations industry. In her new role as Co-Chair of the Latin America Committee, she will help shape the network’s regional strategy, foster collaboration among member agencies, and strengthen Worldcom’s presence across Latin America.
