Following the close of the transaction, the combined technology platforms of Prisma and Newpay together with Visa’s global network and value-added services will accelerate the deployment of advanced technologies such as tokenization, biometric authentication, intelligent risk management tools, and AI-powered commerce solutions.
Our PR team supported Visa in developing the communication strategy and amplifying the announcement, which was covered by Argentina’s leading media outlets and key opinion leaders. In addition, through our Internal Communications and Production department, we provided support in organizing the event at the company’s Monitoring Center, which was attended by the President of Argentina and national government officials. The event, attended by staff from the companies involved (more than 900 people in person and over 1,000 via livestream), required precise logistics to achieve the desired results and impact.
