New AJ Service to Lead with Impact: Neuroscience and Storytelling in Action

Advances in neuroscience have spread to numerous fields. The study of how the nervous system works, together with knowledge related to human behavior, has provided keys to understand how to communicate better. That is why AJ has launched the Neuroscience of Well-being and Storytelling Program,” which articulates our knowledge and enhances it with scientific insights.

Led by Florencia Bondorevsky, author of RESET: The Neuroscience of Well-being, together with our partner Mariana Jasper, the new training service is designed for people in leadership positions who want to enhance their communication skills in order to develop their business.

The workshop is designed to teach participants more about how our brains work and how to train them to lead and communicate with self-awareness and greater productivity, in order to become a better version of themselves as “communicative leaders.” Participants also learn about self-regulation, storytelling techniques for leaders, difficult conversations, how to bring these key conversations to life, and more.

“With this new training, we provide resources that aim to communicate in order to mobilize people, influence with integrity, and build culture. We want to capitalize on the tools we learn from neuroscience and storytelling, in combination, to help people lead their teams and companies with more calm, focus, less reactivity, and greater intentionality,” explain Florencia and Mariana.

The training is structured in eight sessions, combining conceptual frameworks and practical tools based on neuroscience, narrative, and real leadership experiences. The meetings include opportunities for presenting ideas, exchanging views, and practical actions to put the knowledge gained into practice.

Communicating with impact involves planning to convey authenticity, which is not always easy, but at AJ we offer our expertise so that everyone can achieve this with their own personality and essence.
